Reflections of the heart. February 26, 2014. I struggle a lot. I struggle a lot. Like when I just want to cry instead of actually praying. You know, you sit there or kneel there and have all this built up desire to speak to God but somehow only manage to speak 10 words in the course of 20 minutes all the while bawling your eyes out. Or is that just me? I don't know what it is about being a Christian that makes me think I can try to avoid weakness. Vague, I know, but this is a public yet personal blog.

A little about me…. Dealing with life is a piece of cake. I dare you not to smile! Since I just made sugar cookies, I couldn’t do that again. Besides, if I didn’t have the time to “whip up” some cupcakes, I definitely wasn’t going to go through the sugar cookie process. Nooo thank you. And I recently made chocolate chip too, so that was out. But there was another fan-favorite I hadn’t made yet: snickerdoodles! Butter, cinnamon, sugar, yum.
