Chaffee County Search and Rescue South (CCSAR-S) is an all volunteer organization of 35 members serving the southern portion of Chaffee County, Colorado. Members come from all walks of life with one thing in common, a desire to help others who are lost or hurt in the backcountry. From the Chaffee County Sheriff’s website:.
