As I write: W is for winners and losers
http://aayushmom.blogspot.com/2014/04/w-is-for-winners-and-losers.html
Monday, April 28, 2014. W is for winners and losers. Every game has a winner and some losers; so is also true in the game of life. You win some and you lose some. But then in the usual game, the rules are predefined by the creator of the game. Who decides the rules for winning and losing in my life? Because I believe life is not only about winners and losers but also about how you define your winnings and loss and how you get there and where you go from there. Labels: A to Z April challenge.

As I write: Weaving stories
http://aayushmom.blogspot.com/2014/06/weaving-stories.html
Thursday, June 5, 2014. One of the favorite activities for my son is to listen to stories. He loves to read by himself, but at the end of the day, he saves time to just lay by my side and listen to a story I tell to him. I also read myself a lot, so I try to simplify those stories to his level and narrate to him. Simplifying the details so he can understand at his level. I even mix up some of the actual happening around me when I create stories for him. He just doesn’t buy those parts of the stories.

As I write: Missing Silliness
http://aayushmom.blogspot.com/2014/09/missing-silliness.html
Monday, September 29, 2014. Isn’t it amazing how you find certain things/behaviors silly at times and then all of a sudden when it changes, you miss that? My 3 yr old, till about 6 months back, used to identify all the colors perfectly fine except for the color yellow. Show her anything in color yellow and ask “Kashvi, what color is it? And her standard answer every single time used to be “laddoo”. Not that she’s a big fan of the sweet laddoo, though. And we used to laugh on this silliness everytime.

As I write: Z is for zooming through
http://aayushmom.blogspot.com/2014/05/z-is-for-zooming-through_2.html
Friday, May 2, 2014. Z is for zooming through. So here we are, at the last alphabet and the end of the A to Z challenge. I did get delayed by 2 days but I am glad I still made it through. There were days that seemed difficult, but eventually they were not. Technology has made everything possible today. So access cannot be an excuse anymore. And, in between all the blogging, the month of April just zoomed by fast. It seems it was just yesterday that the month began. And it is already over too. Where to fi...

THE Y-AXIS: June 2007
http://www.yaxis.in/2007_06_01_archive.html
Things that are current, either in origin or in thought, and provoke us all. Saturday, June 23, 2007. Indian idol peaks up. Let me begin with a confession. I have not been a great fan of the idiot box for last fifteen years. My viewing is limited to 10 PM show on Discovery where I have followed the episodes on the latest defence aircraft( They even showed a C130 landing on an aircraft carrier once - it was a one way ticket, the plane had to be dismantled to be taken ashore! A little tough nowadays though.

Things that are current, either in origin or in thought, and provoke us all. Saturday, July 12, 2008. Why would you want to read Bangalore Tiger? In fact, people outside India would be surprised to know that Wipro makes childcare products, lighting products etc. It is now a USD 4 BN giant employing nearly hundred thousand employees. Read More.
