Membership of the Society is open to anyone interested in the Visual Arts and the Crafts, and members are welcome to display their original works at all of the Society exhibitions. Both Members and Non-members alike are welcomed at any of the events, demonstrations, outings and meetings arranged by the Society and may bring guests. There is a lively and informative quarterly Newsletter. For the sale of Members' work, various outings. To other exhibitions and Art and Craft shows. To join the Society.

Our annual exhibition 2016, which will be our Centenary, will be held at the Geest Gallery, Ayscoughfee Hall, Spalding, PE11 2RA, from Sunday 1st May to sunday 29th May. Wednesday to Sunday, 10.30am to 4pm. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Members' own exhibitions can now be listed on the Exhibitions Diary. Page Contact Katie to be added. Monthly demonstrations by visiting artists are held at Pinchbeck Village Hall (next to the Bull Inn), Knight Street on the first Tuesday of every month. The Demonstrations start at 7.30pm and finish at approximately 9.30pm There is a friendly informal atmosphere for art lovers to enjoy and perhaps pick up some tips. Brancaster Staithe - by Mo Teeuw - Oil. Mo became the Society's Chairman in 2014. Mo’s paintings are about light so she likes to work out of doors, taking paintings and sketches back to the studio for that final polish. Market Place - by Veronica Pryke - Pen and Wash. Veronica Pryke has been painting for 30 years - watercolour being her favourite medium. She enjoys painting local scenes, especially with a slightly different aspect. Her main love is marine art, especially old barges (on plenty of mud) in Suffolk. Jan Bee - Lincolnshire artist

Jan Bee is one of four Lincolnshire artists who make up "Mixed Palettes". Jan has been painting on and off for most of her life. She has dabbled in many mediums but her first love is oils. She currently uses water soluble oils and likes to create unusual surface texture and depth by sometimes adding sand, polyfilla, wood chips or pencil shavings to her landscapes. Her favourite subject matter is landscapes and seascapes taken from her own holiday photographs.
