Early morning, dawn, March 27th, a massive flood struck unexpectedly into a heavily populated neighborhood in Cirendeu, greater Jakarta. A man made 16-meter high dirt dam collapsed releasing water and debris into residences causing many losing their lives. It was sad just to hear the news but it was depressing to see.
