When I think of summer, I think of hiking, outdoor concerts, fun at the farm, picnics, swimming, trips to the farmers market and trips to exotic lands around the world all the while deliciously bathed in golden sunlight. All of these activities bring to mind incredible joy but can also be terribly exhausting when fighting and illness or injury.
