El día 8 de septiembre del año 1966 Joan Mont Dausà y Pilar Jové Dalmau de Romanyà iniciaron la aventura de abrir un pequeño local en el raval de baix de Vall-llobrega, con obejetivo de convertirlo en un restaurante sencillo donde cocinarían platos como arroces, caracoles, conejo asado, canelones, ternera con setas y un pequeño bar serviría meriendas y refrigerios. On September 8th, 1966, Joan Mont Dausà with his wife Pilar Jové Dalmau from Romanyà, embarked on the adventure of opening a small restaurant downtown Vall-Llobrega, to make it a center of traditional Catalan cooking, which included rosted rabit, catalan rice, snails, canelons, veal with mushrooms, as well as a place to gather and have tea or drinks during the day. Opened from Monday to Sunday. Closed on Tuesdays (with exception of Tuesdays that are Catalan Holidays). Lunch: Between 13.00 and 16:00.
