Tuesday, 29 January 2013. Nicholls' Brigade as painted by Russell Briant. Half painted in the uniform of the Louisiana Tigers (stripy pants and straw hats) and the rest as the Zouaves of the 1st Louisiana (red pants and yellow trim). Russell has done an absolutely wonderful job on these guys. Saturday, 19 January 2013. 167 Days to go! With 167 days until the Gettysburg refight the Union Army is building up strongly. Kent has produced a whole heap more stands from his "Wargames Figure Painting Machine".

Sunday, 5 July 2015. Last weeks game was a Medieval game using the Lion Rampant rules. The game involved two forces controlled by three players per side. The main commander of each side was attempting to find favour with the King by capturing the three criminals that had escaped from the dungeons of the castle dressed as monks. The fugitives were known to be hiding out amongst the buildings of the local village. 3 monks to be found. Side with the most monks at the end wins. Knights searching a house.
