West Midlands Red Rope. 1 A walk leader usually finalises plans 10 days before a walk and then sends details by e-mail (or you can phone the leader to find out more if you are not on e-mail). 3 If you later decide not to go on a walk you MUST let the leader or your car sharers know so the whole group is not waiting unnecessarily.
