Created this blog because I would find so many yummy recipes online and i didn't want to keep printing them out so I decided to save them on this! Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Cucumber Lime Mint Drink! I used one cucumber (peeled), 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/3 cup lime juice. I meant to put some mint leaves in there but I forgot. You boil everything per usual, (he skewers his cabbage wedges so they stay together) and at the very end you pull everything out of the pot and bake it in a 300 degree oven for about 15 minutes so it's not all soggy. It's a game changer. I love it with a little horseradish mixed with sour cream. But back to the brownies. 2 1/4 cups sugar.

Tuesday, August 23, 2011. 1 medium zucchini, sliced. 1 medium yellow squash, sliced. 2 tomatoes, quartered. 1 medium onion, sliced. 6-8 cloves of garlic. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. Extra virgin olive oil. Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste. 24-oz small curd cottage cheese. 2-3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. You could also use carrots, mushrooms, kale, etc.
