I was run over…by a guy on roller blades. He came barreling around a corner out of nowhere, and BAM! It was like a cross between an illegal hockey check that will get you 2 minutes and a wicked toe stump. Hard to picture….but try. It happened, and I lived to tell the tale. Only one of us took him up on it.

Weekend Update: November 28 (belated). I'm skipping Highs and Lows this week. Prepared some stuff for BUILD and then really just focused on preparing for Thanksgiving. Dinner was incredible at 10 Tables Masaka. Pumpkin soup, steamed turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans cooked in bacon, and sweet potato pie for dessert. At a new low.

Inspired by some guy friends here with impeccable taste, I made myself some jorts. Used market Levis, some scissors, ten minutes, and…viola! They are both pleasing to the eyes (actual amount of truth may vary) and extremely comfortable (truth! I now know why my neighbors are deathly afraid of the caterpillars.
