photo: Shutter Speed
http://donnyccpfa.blogspot.com/2008/11/shutter-speed.html
Tuesday, November 4, 2008. The Shutter speed controls how long the shutter stays open. A long shutter speed will keep the shutter open longer and exposing the film to more light. This can be used in lower lighted settings, but you will also have to stay very still in order for your picture to come out well. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). MrReederCPFA: SOMEWHERE TO SHOOT
http://mrreedercpfa.blogspot.com/2008/11/somewhere-to-shoot.html
Sunday, November 16, 2008. If you have interest, let me know. Also, if you know of any other location that would be somewhat close, and interesting let me know.It would have to be a place that we could go to legally, so some of your thoughts need to end right now. I want to take some time with you all, just shooting, and at a better place than the little dump behind the school. Theirs a park, fairly close to the school, it's like 10 minuets away. Its called the Stroud Preserve on North creek Rd.

Thursday, October 16, 2008. Three things I learned about Aperture:. 1) the aperture of an optical system is the opening that determines the cone angle of a bundle of rays. That come to a focus. In the image plane. 2) The Diaphragm acts similar to the Iris of the eye and controls the aperture. 3) Reducing the aperture size increases the depth of field. Thursday, October 2, 2008. Cameron W CPFA: November 2008
http://cameronwcpfa.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 4, 2008. One thing I learned about shutter speed is that you can freeze motion with a fast shutter speed, or you can imply motion over a longer time with a longer shutter speed. When using a longer shutter speed you must hold the camera steady to decrease blur in the photo. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). One thing I learned about shutter speed is that yo. Thursday, October 16, 2008. Thing 1 about aperture: I did not know there was an equation to figure out exactly how much light is being let into the lens. Thing 2 about aperture: Aperture is the angle of lines which meet in a point. Thing 3 about aperture: Aperture size is balanced by shutter speed. Thursday, October 2, 2008. MrReederCPFA: REFERENCE....
http://mrreedercpfa.blogspot.com/2008/11/reference.html
Wednesday, November 12, 2008. I hope you have all come up with great ideas for your self portraits. In case you are having a case of creative block (or not) I'd love for you to spend some time looking at other artists self portraits. To name a few who you should search out, there's. Frida Kahlo of course. I know many of you are familiar with Frida's work, but maybe some of you aren't, and you should be! She is widely known for her self portraits which expressed so much. One of my all time favorite photog...

MrReederCPFA: RECENT WORK OF MINE....
http://mrreedercpfa.blogspot.com/2008/10/recent-work-of-mine.html
Wednesday, October 22, 2008. RECENT WORK OF MINE. I was told in class the other day that I need to post more of my work. Ok, fair enough. If I show you what I am doing, do you promise to show me more of what you are doing? This is an image from a wedding I shot this past Saturday. I have been playing around a lot lately with layering texture on my images. When I see interesting textures, I photograph them, and save them to use as texture layers. This texture was a rusty sheet of metal. RECENT WORK OF MINE.
