A little window into our world. Wednesday, December 29, 2010. After a late night at Granny Mouse's house Christmas Eve, the kids were all tuckered out and didn't get up till well after 9! I know this will change in a couple of years. This was ok though as it gave Eric and I some time to start getting ready for the rest of the day. A little window into our world. Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Why I havn't updated this blog in awhile. Things are getting hectic! Somehow it seemed like a good idea to go back to school to finish my masters while working full-time, being a mommy of two small children, and a volunteer at the church. Not a lot of time for my dear friend, the blog. My class wraps up May 12th, so maybe I'll have a bit more time to update this thing. That would be nice. Thanks for tuning in. Buckets make great hats!

Thursday, August 28, 2008. New, New, New! Auntie Amy and Uncle Trevor bought Chloe a princess backpack for preschool. Thanks, guys, she loves it! Here she is wearing it to preschool last Tuesday morn. Chloe is also wearing her new dress that Gma Julie bought for her. She also brought her sleeping beauty doll with her to preschool. Sunday, December 28, 2008. Christmas Eve and Morn. On Christmas Eve, my folks came with us to our church's candlelight service. Papa D and Gma Julie were at church, too, as they were staying with Trevor and Amy for Christmas this year. Then, after the service, my folks, my kids and I came back to our house for dinner and my folks brought stockings for all 4 of us to open! Christmas Eve with Papa Tom and Gma Kris. They have been very involved and in leadership there for many years. Jan and I now lead a Wednesday night small. Group and I just returned from a tri p to Haiti with a team from the church. There is sooo much need in Haiti. But, we saw the Lord's blessing and hand at work there also! Jim and Jan Quayle.

Tuesday, September 23, 2008. Eliour busy, goofy, muppet boy! I decided to make this post about Eli.poor guy, doesn't get as much blog time so, I thought it was high time I just posted an update on him. He is busy.he is goofy.he is our muppet boy.and what do I mean by that? Well, he is very animated, he uses his whole face and body to smile (looks like a muppet.it is sooooo cute) and the way he walks and runs almost looks like someone else is helping him along (again, very muppet like and oh so cute!
