The Cat's Ass: Heavy breathing
http://dhaus77.blogspot.com/2007/04/heavy-breathing.html
Full of shit since 1977. Saturday, April 21, 2007. Originally uploaded by Dani H. Do you see the sweet little Baby Cat to the right? That little brat gave us a scare earlier tonight, as she's been known to do. While Dave and I were eating dinner, there was a ruckus in the office (Cause: Fat Mojo attack). We went in and broke it up, shooed everyone out. I calmly went to the living room and told Dave that she was out there - how the fuck did she get out there? Well, I found her huddled by the backyard fenc...

End of the Tunnel. A Practical Search for Truth, Reason, and Light. Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Sorry for the serious lack of posting here. Life has really changed over the past few months, so I need to think about how this blog fits in and where it should go in the future. I'll let you know when I figure it out. For those of you who are personal friends, I've been posting some things about mountain life on my MySpace. Page, if you want to check it out. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

End of the Tunnel. A Practical Search for Truth, Reason, and Light. Wednesday, December 19, 2007. An Unlikely Childfree Zone. I've got a new post up at Purple Women and Friends called An Unlikely Childfree. Church's policy of not allowing children into it's regular worship service. The pastor definitely has an interesting point of view! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Irritated by my somewhat erratic posting schedule? End of the Tunnel. A Practical Search for Truth, Reason, and Light. Thursday, December 20, 2007. One of my favorite Christmas songs has always been. I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day. Recently the song became even more meaningful to me when I learned the story behind its words, penned by the great American poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow:. But finally, on Christmas Day of 1864, he wrote the words of the poem, "Christmas Bells:”. I heard the bells on Christmas Day. Their old familiar carols play,. I love...

End of the Tunnel: Shelley on the Move
http://tunnelend.blogspot.com/2008/02/shelley-on-move.html
End of the Tunnel. A Practical Search for Truth, Reason, and Light. Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Shelley on the Move. So, it's been awhile. What can I say - life has been a bit overwhelming lately. Around the 3rd week in January I was presented with an opportunity to take a promotion in another state. After interviews, negotiations, and MUCH prayer, we decided to go for it! Feelings. I guess a relationship in which the woman's career drives life change is still pretty controversial. But a lot of the fea...

End of the Tunnel: September 2007

End of the Tunnel. A Practical Search for Truth, Reason, and Light. Friday, September 28, 2007. When Faith Gets Overwhelming. Sometimes I feel like this God thing is a bit much to handle. Earlier this week I sort of got backed into a corner by people who wanted to convince me that God was a joke. I couldn’t refute their specific arguments, (maybe more Old Testament knowledge would have helped,) but what really shocked me was that even if their points were valid, I didn’t much care. I felt myself summed u...

Monday, June 27, 2011. I got a B! No, Ralph, that's an F. I must've spilled some kahlua. As we established in my last and many of my recent posts, I do love love love my new(ish) job. LOVE IT. It's like my own little corner of Hong Kong in Brisbane. LOVE IT. Why do I love it? 1 The parents are overseas. NO PHONE CALLS! No parental interference. AWESOME. 2 They are paying HUGE money to be there. 3 They are adults. (I know I call them kids but since they are HALF my age, they are kids). 6 It's close to home.
