Whats shakin with Rod, Kristen, Benjamin and Sophie. Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Swimming, Carnivals and Various Other Fall Stuff. Kids' bonfire :) I love how they're all kicked back! All the 3rd graders at our 3 elementary schools take swimming at the local YMCA for about a month. I came to watch their graduation and the best action pic I was able to snap is below. I guess it was a little more violent than I remembered; Ben kept asking why they were cheating with all the pushing/shoving that was going on. Every so often the kids decide they want to crash in the same room. If they're tired enough, it goes well because they just go to sleep with minimal craziness. If not, it could be a LONG wait. Whats shakin with Rod, Kristen, Benjamin and Sophie. Tuesday, July 16, 2013. And back to Chicago again. The cooler weather was kind of awesome. We went to the movies, the park, to help Uncle Kent move some dirt at the park he's building, to the OH Caverns and also a friend's lake. And in between their grandma and aunts spoiled them with their favorite foods. I'm going to have to step it up a notch in the kitchen when we come back! It was a good visit and the kids hated to leave. Train Ride to Chicago.

Whats shakin with Rod, Kristen, Benjamin and Sophie. Tuesday, October 29, 2013. The kids enjoyed one last swim earlier this month. I did not even put a toe in - it was way too cold for me. I love that they still have sleepovers! I believe this was the night that Ben kicked Sophie practically off the bed. Come to think of it, this may have been the last time they had one. maybe she'll forget about it soon. ;). Y'all know I have to post some of my feathered babies! Here's Ben with morning hair and all!

A small window into our full lives! Saturday, September 27, 2008. From roars to hisses. :) The nightly lessons made today's trip to the zoo so much fun. ( Their ages helped too.)
