Ramblings of as yet undemented. Wednesday, 20 February 2013. Anyway the effect of the weather is to more or less confine you in doors. It makes any journey outside a chore. You have to get dressed up and prepared before you leave, and go through the reverse ritual on your return. All in all but the most enjoyable experiences. Mind you the small dusting of snow gives you a reasonable way to compare the insulation of your neighbours. The snow on their roofs. I have to say not brilliant! I don't think so.
