Tuesday, October 21, 2014. 坐落于柔佛州南部、并以新山努沙再也区为核心的马来西亚依斯干达经济特区（简称依区）目前正如火如荼的建设及发展。在中央政府及柔佛州政府大力支持下，依区的吸金量冠全国，截至今年7月，成功吸引国内外资金高达186亿令吉，领先国内其它州属。 根据当局数据披露，至2013年底，依区的累积投资金额已超过1300亿令吉。而近年来实现的投资金额已超越官方第一阶段（2006年至2010年）预定目标，逾48%。总结2011年至2012年实现的总投资额亦达到368亿令吉，占官方第二阶段（2011至2015年）目标730亿令吉的50%。 这项涵盖9大领域的经济特区面积约2217平方公里，包括新山市、笨珍县、古来再也县、巴西古当以及柔佛新行政中心努沙再也。 许多民众的刻板印象认为依区发展的都是高档产业或高级住宅区，产业市场一片兴旺。甚至有人认为依区房产发展都由中国发展商主导，大部分投资者都是中国资金。民众对依区出现认知上的误区证明有关当局对依区这个经济特区的宣导没有到位。 很显然的，依区的投资者来自世界各国，并非有某个国家主导。 Sunday, October 19, 2014.
