4 Tbsp. self-rising flour. 4 Tbsp. super-fine sugar. 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder. 3 Tbsp. milk. 3 Tbsp. sun flower oil. Small dash of vanilla extract. Whipped cream or crà me fraiche, for topping.
