Thanks for the add! Tuesday, May 17, 2011. The Twins, the Queen, and the President, punk week in Dublin. For a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down, the medicine go down, the medicine go down. Yes people, Ireland is in all the papers this week for all the right reasons, we are at last experiencing a truely surreal week. God Save the Queen. Queen Elizabeth is visiting Ireland for the very first time ever. I'm so bored with the USA. Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Of the band X Ray Spex. If you are not fa...

Penciled Margins: Jodorowsky's "Dune"
http://bonnettsbookstore.blogspot.com/2014/06/jodorowskys-dune.html
Friday, June 27, 2014. Science-fiction fans know DUNE as one of the greatest and most popular works in the history of the genre. Book lovers know DUNE as a book they might want to read some day, even if they aren't into science-fiction. Film addicts know DUNE as that fascinatingly wierd "mainstream" movie by David Lynch, starring Kyle MacLachlan, with Sting, and a pre-'Star Trek: The Next Generation' appearance by Patrick Stewart. Had been sown, and now you can, too! How's this for a convolution? On the ...

Penciled Margins: Never Forget?
http://bonnettsbookstore.blogspot.com/2014/09/never-forget.html
Thursday, September 11, 2014. Never Forget" has always seemed a bit flaccid to me. Never forget what? Never forget that all of us, everywhere, people around the world, lost a cultural touchstone, a dream, an icon. The massive number of victims make it likely that every American is within the proverbial six-degrees of separation from someone directly associated with the Pentagon, World Trade Center, or the passengers aboard the 4 planes abused by evil men on this day 13 years ago. Never forget anything; b...

Serge Fiedos Artwork: novembre 2014
http://sergefiedos-news.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Carnet de croquis, making-of, nouvelles illustrations. Sketchbook, works in progress, new stuff. Mercredi 12 novembre 2014. Muse paper - WIP. Le petit bonhomme en bois O'cedar a pris un coup de vieux, j'en avais un mais je m'en suis jamais servi, ça sert quasiment à rien. A little sample of the process doing this traditional art. It's hand made so it's pretty rare and expensive. I waited for mine almost 6 months because of stock shortage. The little (and useless in fact) wooden guy can take some rest now.
