Basketball drills

Here are two drills from the skills required in a game of Basketball. Click on a specific drill or scroll down to view them all. Dribble while laying down. Lay down flat of your back. Then dribble the ball on your right side for 6 seconds. Then sit up, as you would do if you where doing a sit up, and dribble in front of you and switch hand and lay back down. Keep switching hands for 10 minutes. This helps your ball handling and builds your abs. 4- 15, one ball per person. Don't let the player get past you.
