Sunday, July 29, 2012. What is not to love about camping in bear country? I am a rule follower, but there were a lot of rules! My mother-in-law brought a truck load of supplies and we couldn't keep anything in the truck bed. She decided to sleep in our car, so we couldn't keep anything there either. Did I mention that the bathroom and water was a half mile up hill? That was really fun at 5:30 am. The food was good. My kids were good, but there is no place like home. Tuesday, September 10, 2013. Stubbornness to the fourth power. Don't let this sweet smile fool you. It was a rough morning. This newly turned four year old had her first day of preschool and too many tantrums to count(none during school). There was crying over the fact that her mother used the wrong pony tail holder. Monday, July 29, 2013. The monkey bars that broke the monkey. Hana said that getting X-rays didn't hurt as much as she thought that it would because the nurse bent her arm slowly. Here she is with her splint at the park. The red spinning circles above her head are the monkey bars from which she fell. No more Seven Peaks. No go kart racing. She can't even play Mario Kart.
