Aiming to beat 62281 seconds. The build-up to the 2007 Parish Walk as seen through the eyes of someone who should probably be doing a bit more training and taking it a bit more seriously. Stiff as a board, various abrasions and a bruised foot where I'd tied my laces too tight (noticed at Marown) but couldn't be bothered to loosen them.
