Fun, fitness (CrossFit), Food (Paleo) and figuring it all out. Water, Water everywhere but not a drop of it I drink. The thing that has gotten me to drink more water is my competitive spirit! I learned in the book “Becoming a Supple Leopard”. That “being dehydrated by even by 2% can cause a decrease in VO2 output of 5% to 10%.” What! If you are hell bent on making a change and sticking with it then I suggest finding someone else that wants to make a similar change as you. If not in person use the internet. Having someone else that you are accountable to will do wonders in moving you in the direction that you want. No sugar and to incorporate as many vegetables as possible.
