Dominique is a qualified and practising yoga and meditation teacher. She specializes in Hatha Yoga and is also an experienced Ashtanga Yoga teacher. Her classes are inspired by both styles and combine holding positions for long periods as well as more dynamic postures (asanas) that use breath to induce flowing movement (vinyasa). Pranayama (breathing), concentration techniques and meditation are an integral part of her approach. In Bergen Norway as well as many more international teaching engagements.

You haven't really experienced a theme park until you have gone with a veteran,. In our case the father of two little people.
