Saturday, July 9, 2011. A couple of weekends ago we went to Melbourne with friends. We left early Friday morning, arriving mid afternoon. We settled into our motel rooms before heading out for a bite to eat, then onto the footy at Ethiad. Friday, April 1, 2011. A bit of this and that! The end of another working week. Haven't done too much in the way of crafting this week. The smocking of my cushion is complete but will wait until Wednesday night to find out how to do the next part of it, so the photos are coming! You probably all have this recipe but these 'savoury fingers' are a great meal when you're after something quick and easy. Sunday, January 18, 2015. Well christmas has come and gone since my last post! We had a very relaxing, fun time with family at our house over a few days. Before Christmas we had our backyard made over. As we had our new entertaining area built over the past 10 months the backyard had been a building site, so the lawn and garden needed a spruce up. I'm loving having my garden back. Here are some progress shots. The plants ready to go into the garden area. It must love the spot where it sits, very protected.

Saturday, October 25, 2014. Our 2 boys are married! What an exciting month we have had. Firsty on October 4th our youngest son Daniel married Telesha who have a one year old son Owen. They had the wedding and reception. At their home, which is set on a 1 acre of land which they have landscaped over the past couple of years and finished just in time for the wedding.
