Like a cow MOOing, just add the – NG…….MOONG 🙂 Best part is that this legume tastes great, and is filling. How do I eat it? I eat this almost every morning with my breakfast. It’s a yummy part of my breakfast. Easy to make, easy to eat! Has carb, protein, and fiber. Try with a smaller bag first. I leave the bowl out for 24, plus another 24 hours to soak.
