Wu: 10:00 at RPE 2-3. Main: 5 x ( 5:00 at RPE 3-4 with last30 seconds fast spin at RPE4,. 2:00 at RPE 2 ). Total time: 45 min. Main: 10 x 100 descend 1-5 and 5-10. 2 fast times were 1:38 and 1:36. I didn't know what I was going to run, well to be honest I didn't even know if I was going to run this morning. I have been taking it easy this week and plan on doing the same next week until Half Ironman. Training begins. Gluten Free 70.3. A Celiacs journey to the Half Ironman. Sunday, April 17, 2011. Yesterday I went for a long run with Jenny ( hello jenny. Dawn ( dawn will run. And Vicki. We started at the Gateway on the Longleaf. Trace Vicki ran out 2 miles with us and then turned around to get 4 miles for the day. Jenny, Dawn and I ran to Jackson Road grabbed some water and headed back. It was a beautiful clear morning, the temperature was in the low 50's and the conversation was great!
