I hope I can remember it all. 3/15 – Tempo run – 2 easy, 3 fast (not sure the pace), 1 easy. Feeling a little better. Still leg weary though. Andy lead the way, and I tried to follow. Man, he’s fast – especially downhill. Jan 4 – 6m total, Treadmill, Y, 3m at ST Tempo run of 6:44 – 6:58, 0 – 1 degree elevation. Goal was 7 ” pace but this was a treadmill. Jan 5 – off. Jan 7 – arm and stretching. ost-pub syndrme really hurting yesterday and today. worsened with onset of speed work? Jan 8 – cross, bike, 30″. I am hoping it was not running since sat am to tues late.

Running on Empty →. January 27, 2007 · 1:32 pm. Great ride today at Little River State Park in Orange County. It started out chilly at about 38 F. but warmed up quickly to about 50. The main loop is about 6-7 miles and takes less than an hour to ride so we rode it first in one direction and then again in the opposite. Only saw three other bikers but the afternoon will probably be more crowded since the weather is so nice. Other than the limited mileage, a good trail. Filed under Single Speed Biking.

March 13, 2007 · 11:06 pm. The ride Saturday rates with the best in a good while. This is due to the location, the weather, and the energy level of the riders. It took every bit of two hours of riding to cover all 15 miles which is not an impressive average but MPH is gaged differently with the technical thrown in. The second trip was better and I rode for an hour and my average heart rate was 166, topping out at 184 doing interval training.
