Grandma Murdock’s Strawberry Pineapple Jello Buffet. 1 package (6oz) strawberry jello ( 3 3oz). 1 1/2 cups boiling water ( 3 cups). 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen sliced strawberries (3 pkgs or 1 qt fresh sliced). 1 can ( 12 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple ( 20 oz). 1/4 tsp. salt (no salt). 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. Set 1/2 jello mixture, whip cheese and sour cream and put on set jello and pour remailing mixture of jello over that.
