This is one of our new favorites. 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 Tbsp. butter. 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided. 3 cloves minced garlic, divided. 1 cup Arborio rice. 1/2 cup white wine. 4 cups chicken broth, warmed. 1/3-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 bag frozen broccoli. BB: Easy Sticky Buns. I love how all of Ina's recipes live up to there names, especially this one. It was so very easy. I made it the night before (at 9:30 pm) and it took me less than 10 minutes. Gotta love it. I woke up the next morning, popped them in the oven and immediately devoured them after 30 minutes of baking. 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature. 1/3 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed. 1/2 cup pecans, chopped in very large pieces. 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
