Dec 20, 2008. Anapkai Ava Petti Kura. Anapkai pieces 3 cups. Mustard ¼ spoon. Mina pappu ½ spoon. Senaga pappu ½ spoon. Mustard 1 table spoon. Rice 1 table spoon. Note : Soak the above paste ingredient in little water for 5 minutes. Then grind to paste. Boil the pieces of anapkai in the cooker. Drain the water after boiling and keep it aside. Dec 21, 2008. Artikai ( Raw Banana ). Links to this post. Artikai pieces 2 cups. Mustard ¼ th spoon. Mina pappu ½ spoon. Senaga pappu ½ spoon. Boil artikai and drain water and keep it aside. Take a pan put some oil. After the oil heats add the poppu ingredients and fry. Then add the boiled artikai with salt and pasupu. Smash well and mix well. Dec 22, 2008. Beerakai pieces 2 cups. 1 table spoon menti gunda. Take a pan and heat the oil. Add the pieces of beerakai to the oil. Fry the pieces till they cook and become soft. Clean the ginger and take out the peel and chopp in to pieces and dry them well in the sun for few hours. Grind the ginger pieces and garlic in to coarse paste. Boil the tamarind in 1 cup water and cool and remove the pulp ans keep it aside. Grind all the above ingredients tamarind,ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli powder,and Bellam in the stone mortar to a smooth paste. This paste stays for 1 year.

Take a pressure pan add oil and fry the popu ingredients well. Add onions and green chillies fry for 2 mins. Add tomato chopped and fry for 2 mins till soft. Break the eggshell and pour its contents in an electric blender, along with chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Blend for 30 seconds.Slowly, pour heated cream into the chocolate mixture by removing the middle of the blender lid. In case that is not possible, stop the blender while pouring heated cream. Refrigerate until it is set.
