After enjoying a good meal and good conversation, it was (finally, according to the boys) time to open presents! John and Robby donned the Santa hats and passed out presents. This is a pretty challenging feat for two little boys that don't know how to read! John opening his favorite helicopter! And maybe playing a little too!

I can't believe that it has been almost a year since I wrote anything. I guess I've been a little overwhelmed that I don't really really want to concentrate on anything in particular to write. I've been walking almost every morning.early in the morning! Fit in soccer practice and an evening at church, and we have a very full week.

The boys have really enjoyed playing soccer this fall for the first time ever! Really, it's just Swarmball as 5 members from each team go after the ball all over the field. They just travel in a pack and kick the ball together. The goal is just to break out of the swarm and score! I've enjoyed being a soccer mom!

Deep in the heart of Texas. Wednesday, June 17, 2009. Houston Zoo in May. We finally got a zoo membership this year and have thoroughly enjoyed REG. ULAR visits to our fantastic zoo! Mom and I took the girls last month while school was still in session only to pull up to about a million buses in the parking lot.UGH! Now it is almost 100 degrees outside! Meagan LOVES the sea lions- an aspiring animal trainer! I did not get any shots of the newly finished train station but it is awesome! Houston Zoo in May.
