Wednesday, November 23, 2005. Post-exam euphoria has had a horrible spell on me. The very day the exams end, i go out and spend $33 on a cd. A cd. The very next day the exams end, i go out and spend $155 on shoes. Reminds me of the pink floyd song, money. Money, get away. Get a good job with more pay and you're ok. Monday, August 07, 2006. Jenson button has finally gotten his first win in the f1! Was a stunning race, and a well deserved win. after supporting him and honda for 2 years, they've finally produced a win. i had almost given up hope on him and f1, but luckily i watched it last night and it turned out to be one of those great races, full of excitment, especially with the wet weather! Monday, July 31, 2006. Ok im back from sydney, too a 1 1/2 day trip there. Time passed too fast that all i can remember was eating too much, window shopping and the very nice sydney opera house. ate lots of pancakes at pancakes on the rocks, ate korean food and the seafood platter at sydney fish market, which included lots seafood, fresh oysters and sashimi. drool. back eating johns food again. Saturday, August 27, 2005. Two more weeks to prelims. i need to study really hard in order to get into a local university. how now brown cow? Throughout this course of life, people often wonder why they study so hard, their reason behind this motivation, especially in singapore where the pressure is enormous. why am i studying so hard for? Do we have our lives mapped out for us, this path of getting through primary school, secondary, pre-university, then a degree? Are we swimming in a pool of delusion?
