Bandit's Space: October 2005
http://toothpickbandit.blogspot.com/2005_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 28, 2005. Apoligies if you're a script kiddie and this has turned up in a Google search, I'm not going to tell you how to hack webpages, sorry. I wonder how blogger will handle having the HTML call in the middle of the line up there? Apparently, not very well, it just disappeared, although I expected it to. I've taken away the brackets and hopefully it'll work now. I've also turned off the Haloscan commenting because it wasn't working anyway. Posted by ToothpickBandit at 6:56 PM. Technici...

We were out shifting stuff back into the relocated houses and it started raining, so I came back to the office and put my standard wet weather atire on (camo hat, knee length grey/black rain coat). The ironic thing however is becuase we were working on a construction site we had to wear funky bright orange day-glow jackets! Posted by ToothpickBandit at 3:06 PM. Links to this post. Okay so ...

patagonian truthfish: trans-football-ism
http://patagoniantruthfish.blogspot.com/2015/01/trans-football-ism.html
My First" Marathon Blog. Monday, January 19, 2015. I have always been a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. I was just reflecting on what that even means to me when today I had to double-google-check who was even in Superbowl contention this morning (hint: not the Steelers) and I didn't have any feels about whether they were in or out. What do I mean when I say I *like* the Pittsburgh Steelers? There are a lot of things I don't like about football. The spousal abusism. The rapism. When I hang a Steelers pennant or ...

And then, some time later, I also did this one. About my hungry wiener children. Also this one. And then a daily this.

patagonian truthfish: October 2011
http://patagoniantruthfish.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
My First" Marathon Blog. Friday, October 7, 2011. This used to be the last hundred meters of my regular run. Now it is the first hundred meters of many people's night out at the RWC. This is the golden moment between the road being closed on a Friday afternoon and the crowds arriving, to queue until Sunday, to witness quarter final glory and misery. Links to this post. Thursday, October 6, 2011. Album review - I'm with you. First impression - it comes too easy - first impressions not always right. But th...

patagonian truthfish: March 2011

My First" Marathon Blog. Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Most of our building sought out the ground floor pub. A nice juxtaposition to the crowds in squares, concourses, pavillions and churches that beam down on us from above. On invisible waves of special edition coverage. In inner-city auckland the denotation of silence has been widened to include trucks reversing and the chattering of the EFT-POS terminal in the cafe across the street. Silence reflects from the shoes and ties and half filled glasses,. In lieu...

My First" Marathon Blog. Wednesday, December 8, 2010. William’s maxillae clicked nervously. He often dealt with collectives, but beehives were always daunting. Their disdain for singulars was never completely veiled, but with their stranglehold on the nectar economy and influence over the earthworking guilds (fellow collectives) their support for the project was essential. Bandit's Space: November 2005
http://toothpickbandit.blogspot.com/2005_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 29, 2005. Today has been interesting. I spent an hour or so helping electricians pull cable to feed one of our buildings at work. See it gets it's power off one of the buildings that is going to be moved so they need to run a new power feed for it (see what happens when you take shortcuts). They (electricians) spent much time (and much noise) drilling holes through concrete walls so they can run the cable. Posted by ToothpickBandit at 10:30 PM. Links to this post. Then there was a river.
