Dianne in the Provinces: November 2012
http://tgdianne.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Dianne in the Provinces. Tuesday, November 20, 2012. Well it has certainly been quite a month! When we last left our intrepid heroine she had been revealed to her 112 co-workers as a Transgender Woman who was going to transition at the office. The days of "he" would be left behind and days of "she" would begin after a week of reflection and adjustment. And now we rejoin Dianne as the curtain rises on another episode of "Big Changes! I think they were a bit taken aback that the rumpled dumpy guy who had w...

Breaking out music | wildfeministappears
https://wildfeministappears.wordpress.com/2013/05/16/breaking-out-music
A feminist perspective about the feminist perspective. It’s been awhile since I’ve blogged, so I’m going to start out nice and easy. I freaking love music, especially the kind that lets me jump around like a maniac while I’m singing along. It’s rather disappointing when a song is reserved, keeping to the mainstream. It doesn’t mean I don’t find it appealing; that’s why its mainstream. But the songs that really stick with me are the ones that break all the rules. The blatantly sexual songs. May 16, 2013.

Turning 27 | wildfeministappears
https://wildfeministappears.wordpress.com/2013/08/14/turning-27
A feminist perspective about the feminist perspective. So, I turned 27 on Monday. It wasn’t a big event; I enjoyed myself, but it certainly isn’t a major milestone. My favorite clothes are getting smaller, and I continue glancing over towards the women’s section in stores, dreading leaving my junior section. The women’s section is...2 Comments to...

Reading Over People's Shoulders…. 8230;And Listening in to Conversations. Things I’m Too Lazy For: Matching Socks. Posted in Things I'm Too Lazy For Saturdays. By Amanda J. Richter. When I was in university I had a friend who would judge people’s worth based on their ability to match socks. Once, while we were on our way to get groceries, we passed a random stranger on the street and she turned to me and said, “what kind of person wears white socks with black pants? If you catch anyone staring at your fo...
