转]与科学家聊天撕下城市看海名牌. 与科学家聊天撕下城市看海名牌. 看海名牌怎么贴上的又要如何撕下围绕这两个问题，7月27日下午，中国工程院院士、中国气象局气候变化特别顾问丁一汇，中国工程院院士、南京水利科学研究院院长张建云，中国气象科学研究院院长端义宏，中国水利水电科学研究院水资源所研究员严登华共同做客中国气象局演播室，解读这场撕名牌之战。丁一汇院士认为目前长江及以南流域正处在强厄尔尼诺影响下，海洋增温导致向大陆水汽输送增多而形成夏季暴雨，这是江淮及华南城市能看海的主要原因。至于此次强厄尔尼诺是否能发展为超级厄尔尼诺，丁一汇院士表示在过去的65年内，只有1972、1982、1998年是超级厄尔尼诺年，此次强厄尔尼诺在今年年底或明年初可能衰减，难以达到超级厄尔尼诺，但这个厄尔尼诺将持续近20个月，其长度仍然是历史上非常罕见。张建云院士认为城市PM2.5、PM10数值较高，污染颗粒吸收水汽，加上热岛效应使得城市上空热气流越积越厚，在遇到高楼大厦等微地形而爬升的过程中冷凝成雨滴，最终形成城市局部的强降雨。 Finds that the rat...
