Test structures are fabricated by micromechanical technologies of the MTA EK MFA MEMS Laboratory. Enabling 3D structuring of conventional silicon and polimer materials also. Nanoscale processing is also applicable using the nanofabrication infrastructure of the institute. Full MEMS silicon processing line with 1micron resolution lithography.
