Me and My Foam Roller. Swim-Bike-Run, Work-Eat-Sleep, Family, Volunteer. Feb-20 Week Review… A Week of Firsts. This past week’s training was huge. I had 4 firsts. I’m currently riding an emotional high of excitement and confidence. Wednesday’s swim workout. In the main set I had to do 5 300s and 5 150s at time trial pace (the pace at which I would race). My times for the 10 sets were: 5:52, 5:59, 5:47, 5:45, 5:51, 2:54, 2:55, 2:56, 2:53, 2:52. I broke 2:00/100y on all of them! Thursday’s run workout.
