http://aranafghanalong.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 25, 2008. Lately, I've had to remove posts and remove people from the blog membership. Let's try to keep this blog about the GAAA and knitting in general. Anything that I see as spam or inappropriate (offensive, political, etc) I will continue to remove and delete that person's membership. My GAAA is on hold until I finish my Christmas knitting . . . Sunday, September 14, 2008. Square 6 - Vicki Sever. I've completed the Vicki Sever square, it came out lovely. Posted by Puddytat purr.

Great American Aran Afghan Along: January 2010
http://aranafghanalong.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 17, 2010. It's been 2 years - but the afghan is completed, sewn together, and has it's edging. All ready for use. What a wonderful adventure in knitting these years have been; I've learned a lot, and grown in self-confidence as well. The color is green heather, and some squares have some touches of white. A few of the 2-color squares made me a bit unhappy, but I wasn't about to do them over! I especially love the 2-color squares with the trees, and the one with the flower buds. Great Amer...

http://aranafghanalong.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 09, 2009. Monday, June 08, 2009. My name is Marti Kaplan, and I've just joined a group working on the Great American Aran Afghan. I've finished Ginette Belanger’s square, and am just beginning Barbara Selesnick's. In about a month, I'll be moving to Arizona, and so am looking forward to being a part of the blog, since I won't have my ftf group to work with. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Tuesday, September 15, 2009. My name is Gabi, and I'm living in Australia with my husband, 2 daughters and couple of critters. Recently I picked up my knitting needles again after long long years of not knitting to start this afghan. Fell totally in love with this Aran afghan when seeing some fellow stitchers starting it. And I deeply enjoy knitting these squares. My plan is to knit all 24 squares of the book. The wool I chose is called Luxury from the Bendigo Woollen Mills - a soft pure wool.
