You, Me and HCG. Tuesday, June 9, 2009. Yesterday was my Day 2 on the diet. I was SO hungry! I spend a lot of time in front of the computer reading anything I can find on the HCG diet. I wish I had done this much research before committing to the program I'm on. I don't know if I have the best product; I don't know if I should have gone with injections; I don't know if I should be eating Melba toast! So for now.I'll keep on keepin' on. So far day 3 is treating me well, but we'll know more tomorrow.

You, Me and HCG. Friday, June 12, 2009. This post is coming a little late seeing that my Day 6 is nearly over. The husband is back in town and that kept me busy and away from the computer. So.my apologies. Day 5 was better than expected. I actually enjoyed my meals yesterday, and the hunger pains are subsiding. There is hope! You, Me and HCG. Saturday, June 6, 2009. There is very little to report at this point. I have survived the loading period - was there really any doubt? I've taken the HCG drops the past 3 days and surprisingly, they are actually kind of good. I was given the option of lemon or peppermint, and I went with peppermint. YUMMO! I haven't had to put much thought into it yet, but I'm dreading tomorrow. I chose to eat pizza for my Last Supper. I'm mourning the thought of what has been and what is to come.

You, Me and HCG. Saturday, June 6, 2009. Anyway.I will start the drops and the thyroid pills tomorrow, but I don't start the 500 cal diet until Sunday. I have 3 days of "loading" which is basically consuming a high fat diet to get the ball rolling so to speak. You, Me and HCG. Saturday, June 6, 2009. What is the HCG Diet? Not all forms of the HCG Diet are done through the use of injections. Some people use sublingual drops (under the tongue) and there is not difference in the results. There is Releana. Which is the "name brand" HCG with a name brand price tag. You can find HCG over the internet, but beware of where you get it. I personally decided to go through a medically supervised program. I found helpful information at Your HCG.
