El Lobo Corriendo: April 2011
http://ellobocorriendo.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 30, 2011. I love this video. It got me out the door today for 18 miles when I was just tempted to bag the week after a rough couple of days. Sometimes you just need a pick-me-up. Enjoy:. Additionally, I am working on a longer post about stretching. Hopefully it will be informative. It should be up in the next day or two when I figure out how to neatly wrap it all up. Stay tuned. Links to this post. Friday, April 22, 2011. Put one foot in front of the other. The post in its entirety. I did...

Sunday, August 18, 2013. Race Report: El Vaquero Loco 50k 2013. August 10th was a beautiful day for a race in Star Valley, WY, the home stomping grounds of Ty Draney. His race, El Vaquero Loco (The Crazy Cowboy) 50k. Has become my hands-down favorite 50k. Somewhere between the huckleberry soda and camping out under the star-soaked skies of western Wyoming the night before the race, there's something special. There aren't a ton of runners, and outside of Luke Nelson. Mike just about to descend "Balls".

http://ellobocorriendo.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Race Report: Logan Peak Trail Run 2012. Well, this is probably some kind of record for me getting a race report up. At least recently. I'm far too busy running to blog! Looking North over the route. On the Fast Running Blog. After the awards ceremony, I went to Bear Lake with some friends for a traditional (and well deserved) LaBeau's burger and shake, and a nice cool swim in the cold water. Heaven. Once again, the aid station staff, post race spread, trail marking, etc were all ...
