Idag bjuder jag på ett recept på Fänkålsknäcke som jag bakde i helgen. Första gången jag gjorde knäckebröd så vissa blev lite mjuka och så men de går nog bättre nästa gång. Det blev i alla fall supergott så jag kommer verkligen göra om det. 6 dl fingervarmt vatten. 1,5 tsk salt. 3-4 dl grahamsmjöl till utbakning. 2012-01-16 @ 22:03:57 Bakat.

Provsmakade en bulle med vit choklad och det blev inte riktigt så gott som jag hade hoppats på. Men nu vet jag ju det till nästa gång jag ska baka lussebullar iaf:). Har också fått veta nu att alla tentorna hittils är godkända så nu kan jag verkligen slappna av och se fram emot jullovet. Har sista tentan 14 december och börjar igen 16 januari så det är verkligen ett låångt jullov:D. 2011-11-13 @ 20:20:05 Bakat.

Idag var det träning i Linköping direkt efter skolan. 12*200 meter stod på schemat idag, riktigt jobbigt men skönt efteråt:). Nästa helg är det dags för årets julstuga i Åbylundskyrkan och igår passade jag på att baka lite för att skänka dit. Det blev Kokosdrömmar och Dumlekakor. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader. Blanda margarin och socker, tillsätt mjöl och bakpulver och rör ihop till en smidig deg. Forma 28 kulor och lägg i folieformar på en plåt. Tryck ner en Dumlekola i varje form. Grädda i 10-12 min.

För några veckor sedan fick jag ett trevligt samtal om att att jag skulle få Norrköpings kommuns idrottsstipendium för 2011. I går var själva "prisutdelningen" i samband med kommunfullmäktiges sammanträde. En väldigt trevlig överraskning och kul att man får lite belöning för allt slit man lägger ner på träning:). Först var det mingel och tårta och sen började mötet med luciatåg med duktiga elever från musikgymnasiet, superfint! 2011-12-20 @ 12:51:14 Allmänt.

Sorry för dålig uppdatering men har haft sjukt mycket att göra. I onsdags gjorde jag min sista tenta för den här terminen så nu har jag äntligen jullov! Det betyder alltså att jag har massa tid till att baka och julpyssla. Granen är klädd, julskinkan står i ugnen och i går bakade jag pepparkaksdeg så julstämningen är verkligen på topp:) Eftersom vi ska resa bort precis efter jul gjorde vi julskinkan extra tidigt i år så vi ska hinna äta av den innan, tar nog en premiärmacka i kväll. 125 g mörk choklad.

For me personally I think the incident has been been both the worst and the best thing ever happening to me so far in my life. It has been the worst because I will never forget the feeling of actually thinking - for a relatively long time - that I was going to die and never see my family or friends again.
