Okay, so here I am after completing the end if week 2 of Shaun Ts Hip Hop Abs! Not been too bad. Most days I have had to find time to do 2 DVDs which comes to just under 1 hour in time. زندگی از دم سیاه. ماه ششم از سال دوم. یه زنجیر تنی رو به دیوار سیاهی ها پایان ندارد. یه نامه در بند از من به تو که هیچ مقصدی ندارد. چشمانم خاکستر زده،دلم زخم خورده از تو. حیف از منی که ناله هایش گوش شنوایی ندارد. بند این تن هرچه زمانش بیش دردش بیش تر. چه گویم از این گرفتاری که زبانم نای گفتن هم ندارد. از زبان تو ساده زیستن را اگر آموخت دلم. مقصود زبانم هم با زبان این دلم هم خوانی ندارد. هرچه گفتم نه، هرچه خواستی وکردی آن گذشت. این دلم در بند عشقت سرگذشتی که ندارد،بگذشت. هفته هارا که نباید سخت باشد ز شمردن.
