On Sundays We Bake, Apple Strudel. I’ve started this routine that on Sundays I bake. I don’t what it is about Sundays, in particular this past Sunday, that makes me want to bake. Maybe it’s the Sunday dinner ritual in which families get together to enjoy a large meal, capped off with a delicious treat or the fact that it was raining all day and nothing brings more joy on a gloomy day than cookies. Regardless I had an itch to bake and I scratched it. Instead of cookies, I decided to make apple strudel.
