Dr Honggao (Kelvin) Liu's Personal Site. Welcome to Dr. Honggao Liu's website! Dr Honggao Liu has been working at Louisiana State University. LSU) for 16 years. He researched on multiphase reactive polymer flow in porous media and reservoir simulations during 1997-2002. He got his Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from LSU in 2002 and also had a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
