Wednesday, March 30, 2005. He also said that the way that scientists could best help journalists was if they were more speculative. If they didn't just stop at the point of what they have evidence to say. Why would this help journalists? Because journalists can only report what other people, the experts, say. They can't speculate on their own. THEY have to have something to back up what they report. Oh, so scientists are supposed to stick out their necks because the journalists can't? What if I never do ...

The Confuserator: I have a life!
http://dtswthechosenone.blogspot.com/2006/01/i-have-life.html
Sunday, January 15, 2006. I have a life! Then went back to the DD's place and watched Team America: World Police (required CBP viewing), and got home at 2:00. A couple of the guys at the party asked me to do stuff with them sometime (as friends). So now I can have a social life! I hope I changed my work reputation to being someone who's kinda fun to hang with, (and not a drunken fool). Posted by Di @ 2:25 PM. Washington, United States. View my complete profile. Thursday, September 30, 2004. Question of the day:. How many IQ points do you suppose one loses per wisdom tooth removed? And more- about a month's paycheck. Today the USDA was visiting campus. Was all excited to check out their mini- career fair. But everyone I talked to kept saying, "I'm probably not the best person to talk to about that. You should search the USAJobs website though." Geez, if I could find everything out from a website, why the heck are you here? Oh yeah, to give out toys of course!

Saturday, May 29, 2004. G@#$#% #%* & *! I am so freakin' jealous. Why couldn't I have just graduated two years later? Posted by Di @ 6:29 PM. Just saw The Day After Tomorrow. Pretty good. Certainly. I can't think of an example of one with the opposite slant at the moment- anyone? Maybe it's just that I'm not generally inclined to go see movies that do have the opposite bias. If you haven't seen it yet, I'd recommend going on a really hot day and wearing as little as possible for the full effect. One iron...

Sunday, April 16, 2006. Yes, the cheapskate has been spending dough like it's goin' outta style. First was the leather jacket, then the new cell phone, then the new contacts and glasses prescriptions, and the plane ticket for my mom to come visit me. Then I thought about buying a bed, but decided to hold off and shop around. You're paying how much? Posted by Di @ 8:52 PM. Washington, United States.
