Getting in shape. Feeling fabulous! A Weight Loss Blog. 2013 Shaping Up Fabulous. March 6, 2015. I started working out a few weeks ago. At first, I did 20 minutes a day for two weeks. This week, I started 30 minutes a day and i’ll take that into next week as well. I am trying to work my way up to working out at least 45 minutes every day. Exercise is starting to become addicting. I mean, exercise is awesome! I do some kick boxing and I’ve tried Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. This feels so liberating!
