App as of this morning. Running at least 3-4x per week. I actually have the benefit that I've got a number of difficult hikes coming up over the next few weekends (see here. But I've known for a while now that it's what I do to stay in shape during the week that will make a bigger difference for weight loss. Still, the time is right to begin the latest push. Saturday, 17 April 2010. Sorry it's been a bit long since I posted an entry. JUMBLE rehearsals are in full swing. To sum up everything we've been up to in rehearsals so far:. We moved in to a new studio and have a kettle of our own. (Very much needed! We've eaten lots of chocolate, sweets, cakes. We have laughed LOTS.
