Tuesday, October 13, 2009. Kennedy turned 7 in September - and for her birthday, she got her ears pierced! Wednesday, October 22, 2008. We moms always do it up. This year, we met at Ketch Joanne's again, as per Jen's recommendation last year, and it was just as yummy. She told him how good she's been, and showed him her cut-and-paste list, and her hand-written list. He told her that she's been SO good this year, that he has a very special present for her. She was stunned. So stunned, in fact, that she couldn't even open the envelope in front of him. But I was so excited to see what was inside the magic envelope (! 3/10 "Mama...

Thursday, April 30, 2009. The Danger of Having a Big Sister - SHOWTUNES. Kennedy's favorite - and therefore Cooper's favorite - movie and soundtrack is GREASE. We're going on five months now of the same two songs on repeat; but I'll take it - thank goodness High School Musical fell on the Henselmann family charts! Thursday, March 20, 2008. We rented a cabin in Arnold last weekend with Nate, Jessica, Callan and Oscar. Kids and adults alike had a fantastic time! It's a great little area and the weather was perfect. There wasn't any snow on the ground when we arrived, but Friday night it snowed a couple of inches and just a few miles up Highway 4 there was plenty of snow and a few good sledding hills! We toured a cave on our way home and stopped for lunch in the quaint little town of Angels camp. Arnold, CA 3/08.
