Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Sunday was the annual Youth Triathlon. Will's 4th, Kylie's 2nd (but 1st all by herself). It is a 50 yd. swim, a 1.6 mile bike ride and a .75 mile trail run. Since being on the swim team for 2 weeks, they are both amazing swimmers. Kylie swam her 50 yards and got dressed to bike in 4:53. Will did it in 3:25. That is their time from the "go" to swim to when they got on their bike to ride, so it includes their getting their shoes and shirts and helmets on. Sunday, June 7, 2015.

Saturday, April 25, 2015. Thursday was Will's boosterthon fun run at his school. The kids run laps that are 1/16 of a mile in an effort to raise money for things the school needs. This year it is more iPads and ChromeBooks. They collected pledges for about a week and then had the big run. The goal of each student is to run 30-35 laps. Will ran 44. He rocked that! Will even got the game ball in his first game last weekend, going 3/3 with 2 RBIs and playing catcher and first base. Sunday, April 12, 2015.

One of the kids' favorite things to do when we go to New York is to visit Jumpin' Jacks Drive In. We headed over for some delicious soft serve. Sunday, June 29, 2014. Last night was our 2nd attempt at our YMCA staff outing to the Flying Squirrels game. We had perfect weather for it this time! Miss Andi threw out the first pitch and Kylie went down to the field with her! Kylie was so excited to do that job. It turned out that it was just Will! We got to go way under the stadium and get the giant toothbrush and then take the limo golf cart out to the field. He, of course, had to keep his eye on the game while we waited. And then the sugar set in.
